This light filled modern house ifeatures an all steel frame, aluminum siding and compressed spray foam in the floor, ceiling and walls 5" thick for insulation and quiet superior to all others. This makes for a quiet, thermally stable environment that resists the heat and cold and thus requires minimal energy to heat and cool. In fact the Fujitsu minsplit unit uses only 300 watts(3 light bulbs worth), to cool the highly insulated space and little to heat, as it utilizes heat pump technology. Even in our home in Phoenix it remains cool until early afternoon without AC. The AC is almost silent in operation. The floor plan has the kithchen on one end and the bath on the other, with an open "great room"in the middle. A sofa bed sits in front of a large 9' by 8' floor to ceiling bay of windows alleviating the claustrophobic feeling normally experienced in small spaces. The sofa sleeper is by Italian designer Pietro arosio and is brilliant. An aluminum frame easily converts to a most comfortable queen bed then pushes out of the way for yoga as it has wheels on the rear. The kitchen features a 220volt induction cooktop which boils water in lees than a minute using the least energy of any type of cooktop. A great deal of storage as the cabinets in the kitchen and the two master closets go floor to ceiling8'7"" The bath is roomy and features a 4 foot shower, porcelien toilet, hansgrohe German faucet, and a on demand water heater. It is walled in brushed aluminum and quite stunning. There lighting above and below the cabinet over the couch for dim able up and down lightin for reading of mood. Overhead and puck lights in the kithchen are also dimmable. At only 21' it is easy to park where others can not. Our emphasis on high quality materials, professional, craftsmanship, sustainbiltlity and energy efficiency make this a comfortable home for the long term. Wooden trailers ,I have discovered will rot or vibrate apart on the road so we feel all metal is best
